This is a full time, Monday - Friday role for a Service Desk Analyst/1st line support to provide support for internal users within the organisation here in the heart of Manchester. You will perform tasks such as taking calls from internal customers who are raising issues with any of their IT equipment, software, hardware and try to resolve their queries. We're ideally looking for a minimum of 6-12 months of experience already in a similar role.
We have a well established and friendly IT support team already in place but due to a period of organic growth we're looking to expand the team further.
