Here at Infinite Talent we’re looking for an experienced Senior HR Advisor for our client who’re one of the biggest fulfilment businesses in the UK. The role is a 12 month contract covering maternity leave so we’re ideally looking for someone who can start as soon as possible based in Sherburn in Elmet.

What will you be doing?

  • Deputise for the HR Manager
  • Provide advice and guidance and coaching to line managers on Absence, performance, disciplinary, grievance, TUPE, performance management, etc.
  • Responsible for HR Management information to the customer and to site, utilising this data to drive site people plans
  • Working with the L&D Team to coaching & upskilling of managers across all levels
  • Development of succession plans for area and site
  • Manage a full range of HR activities within the Employee Lifecycle including probation, starters and leavers
  • Line management of HR Co-ordinator, Administrator and Receptionist, and providing support to HR Advisor as required
  • Provide advice and guidance on Clipper Policy & Procedures
  • Manage HR Systems including Time & Attendance through to Payroll
  • Support Site Engagement & Charity / CSR Initiatives
  • Compliance of HR Audits
  • Support recruitment and selection through to onboarding
  • Maintaining up to date Employment Law knowledge and manage risk of ER issues
  • Support Training Manager as required
