Working on behalf of an elite and leading NHS Trust in London we are seeking an exceptional project manager to join an exceptionally talented team delivering one of the most important projects of transformation this client have undertook in many years.
Our Client are progressing a £900k Project to replace their current Fleet Management System (FMS) with a new solution that is modern, fit-for-purpose and allows for digitisation of processes within the fleet department. Once deployed, the new system will interface with other systems.
The FMS Project Manager will be central to the process of delivering the FMS during the whole project lifecycle (12 months), preserving quality at the highest level.
To ensure successful implementation against a challenging timetable the Trust is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager, with experience of working within established Governance procedures as part of a mature Programme Office approach.
Your role will be to deliver the Project on-time and within budget. You will support the monitoring, and control of the programme and the collection and supply of information to decision makers through the provision of regular reports on risks and issues, escalations, business change, stakeholder engagement, benefits realisation and wider organisation communication.
The role requires a skilled project manager, who will provide the day to day organisation of the project, working closely with the Trust’s Enterprise Programme Management Office (EPMO), the Fleet Programme Manager, Head of Fleet and Fleet Operations Support Managers, Fleet admin, Workshop Managers, IM&T, Procurement and Finance colleagues.
