Here at Digital Gurus, or DG as we like to call ourselves, we’re all about doing our best 100% of the time, whilst continuing to be the most ambitious, innovative and honest digital recruitment agency across the UK.

Supporting candidates and clients in making life changing decisions is what we’re all about. We’re leaders in digital and like to think of ourselves as pioneers in the recruitment industry – we don’t do things the way others do and like that fact that we’re not the norm!

What's it like to work for DG?

With gurus based in Manchester, London, Bristol and Birmingham, we make up one big family, supporting each other and having fun along the way.

Our team of experienced recruitment consultants have a real passion for their sectors and work with a range of exciting digital clients and industry experts across all channels of digital.

We work in 4 teams called Tribes: Tech, Infinite, Health and Creative.

Each Tribe is split into Squads, which are self-organising, autonomous teams that specialise in one area within the Tribe e.g. Cloud or Product. Although each squad has its own mission and has end to end responsibility for what they deliver, they are aligned with the other squads, company priorities and overall business strategy.
